2005 Miss Georgia Marble Beauty Pageant

The 2005 Miss Georgia Marble Beauty Pageant was again, a successful event. Although we did not match our record setting 2004 pageant, this year we had 72 girls participating on stage. Everyone seemed to have had a great time!

All of our personnel worked hard to prepare for the days event on that Saturday. That weekend was the high school "homecoming", so we were not allowed to set-up on Friday night. So, everything had to be completed on Saturday morning prior to the start time of the pageant. Our people were great! Basically, everything was ready to go by around 10:00 that morning

The girls began arriving early and by the 12:00 noon start time, the first beautiful little ladies were ready to take stage. As usual, every young lady that took stage that day was a "winner". The judges had a tough time, but they did a fine job in selecting our now "reigning" queens for 2005.

We would like to congratulate "each and every girl" for participating in this delightful event. We hope that you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed watching you present yourself on stage. We give special thanks to the parents that allowed their daughters to participate in the pageant. We offer big congratulations to the Queens and alternates selected by the Judges

We appreciate the support of Pickens County High School, Jasper City Florist, photographer Dennis Gregg and the generous services of our web guy, Jerry Givan. And finally, we thank each and every person who helped support this event in any way through attending the pageant, sponsoring a girl or just passing the word. WE THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
